Are there additional costs per job?

Yes. Your subscription gives you access to the platform. Each remote service (pre-scan, post-scan, calibration, coding) is billed separately based on job type.

Does this include full diagnostics?

Not full fault-finding. We guide you through scans, calibrations and coding, but not complete diagnostics or part replacement.
The word ‘diagnostics’ often causes confusion. People think it means full fault-finding. We offer recommendations and tech support—not hours of diagnostic replacement.

How do I connect to Remote Services?

Plug the asTech Link device into the vehicle and connect it to the internet. Submit a request through the Repairify portal and one of our technicians will guide your team remotely.

Can I use my existing ADAS equipment with Remote Services?

Yes. You can use your existing ADAS rig or equipment. Our technician will guide your team through the calibration process using your setup.

What types of vehicles are supported?

Repairify’s Remote Services cover a wide range of vehicles. For specific coverage, please refer to our vehicle coverage guide.

What kind of support is available?

All sessions are delivered by real, Australian-based technicians with practical workshop experience. Technical support, guidance and licencing are included.

Can I cancel at any time?

There’s a 30-day cooling-off period. After that, it’s a 12-month subscription.
